Alpenhof Lodge

A charming 58 unit Bavarian Lodge has been family owned and operated since 1972.  Featured on the Travel Channel’s “Hotel Impossible”, the Alpenhof completed renovations on the entire property in 2013, replaced all beds in November 2014 and completed additional renovations in 2017. Our amenities include free wireless internet, an indoor therapy pool & sauna (open winter months only), flat screen LED TV’s with DVD player, iPod docking alarm clocks, in-room refrigerators and coin-op laundry facilities.  During the summer months, we have an outdoor swimming pool and spa. 

Located on the premises is the popular Clocktower Cellar that is open nightly featuring an extensive selection of draught and bottled beers as well as over 150 whiskies, a pub menu & games.  Also located on-site is Petra’s Bistro and Wine Bar, open six nights a week (closed on Monday and seasonally in the spring and fall), offering casual fine dining with an extensive wine selection and handcrafted cocktails.

They are conveniently located across the street from the Village at Mammoth and the Village Gondola, offering a quick and scenic ride to the ski slopes at Canyon Lodge, Mammoth Mountain.
