The Portico condominiums are located about 1 mile from the slopes/lifts in the Snow Park base area of the Deer Valley Resort. These condominiums were completed in 2001 and each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, washer and dryer, and most have a private hot tub on the deck. Most units share an underground garage, while a few of the units have a private garage. This property is located near the free citywide shuttle route and is very close to Historic Main Street.
