Taos Lodging Guide

The town of Taos, located 19 miles from the ski resort, primarily offers affordable hotel and motel style lodgings. A long favorite hotel is the El Pueblo located about three blocks north of the Taos Plaza.  Some larger, deluxe resort accommodations can be found part-way between town and the resort, and represent excellent mid-range values. Still, if slope side is your preference there are some properties, located both slopeside and ski-in/ski-out.  Hotel St. Bernard, Rio Hondo, Snow Bear, Powderhorn are all excellent choices.  But the best condo option for lodging has got to be the Snakedance Condominiums located just steps from Chair 1,
