It was wonderful place to stay. Staffs are fast and kind. They have free outdoor hot tub and that was also nice. There was no noisy in the unit. There are free bus to go to whistler village. Definitely I will come again if I visit Whistler again.

Good place to stay, considering prices of other resorts. Nice and quiet away from the party area. , A nice pool and hot tub. One hot tub was down for maintenance but the other worked great. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Solid kitchen to cook in with ample cookware. Perfect for ski in ski out and a reasonable price. Would consider staying again.

Good price for night. Nice and cozy lobby and room. Breakfast was normal but it was free so i think it was good. It is near the ski slope, seems big advantage for skiing. Location was good for ski but very far from downtown, it is the highest place in Whistler. Beware the black bear.

One star for the location and one star for the room cleanliness. Customer service was bad. Answered an incoming calls while helping me and left me standing there. Charged my credit card when we check out but didn't provide a detailed invoice on the charges until I asked for it. UNREASONABLE request with their policy on dogs. Requested me to hire a dog sitter even though I was only going to use their hot tub. Should not call yourself dog friendly. I brought my dogs with me to Whistler many times and I gladly paid the extra fee because other hotels provide some sort of amenities for the doggies and not one of them ask me to hire a dog sitter.

Stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. Did not rate 5 stars because I thought I read complimentary breakfast when I reserved. A binder in the room mentioned the hotel offers complimentary breakfast. When we called the front desk and asked were breakfast was served we were told that the information was old and they no longer offered complimentary breakfast. Personally not a fan of the choice of toilettries and bought my own instead. Parking spots are very tiny. Other than that this hotel is more affordable than other surrounding hotels. They offer fresh starbucks brewed coffee at all times in the lobby. Tea, hot chocolate, iced water, and hot apple cider available. Ski in and ski out. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Showers, gym, ski rental, board and ski storage, safe boxes, guest laundry at $2 a wash and $2 drying. Gated garage parking at a fee with in and out privileges and can only get into parking with room key. Fully equipped kitchenette and free shuttle to the village and surrounding hotels every 10 to 15 minutes. Very clean and staff are all very nice and attentive. Would stay here again.
