I stayed all of the 5 stars and 4 stars hotel in Whistler my personal opinion is, that one is one of the best. Reason is, it is real ski in ski out. You only need to walk 20 meters for going down the hill to lift. Rooms are cozy, hotel crew is very friendly. It is perfect place for the families kids love it make their own waffle for the breakfast. If you are looking something cozy that is the place.

We have stayed at this hotel three times. The first two times it was a coast hotel. We really like the place and want it to be our go to place in whistler. The staff was great. All were super nice and helpful. The new management needs to work out a few kinks. We were put into the wrong room. Someone else showed up and we had to move. Not a big deal. The new room had plumbing problems. Toilet clogged three times. Then on the last day we saw a mouse in the kitchen. We expect more from a hotel that charges almost 200 dollars a night. Plus I let the front desk know about the problems and no one from management ever contacted us. Having a rodent in room is not a small problem. An apology or a free upgrade would have been nice way to say sorry and we want you to come back. So far we have heard nothing.

Me and my boyfriend wanted a weekend getaway so we booked a 1 bedroom king suite. It was cozy and just what we needed. The fireplace was wonderful and I loved having a view of the beautiful trees. The bus into the lower village was convenient and nice of them to provide. Staff was also very friendly. Having breakfast in the morning was great but the waffle line up was rediculous. I think my only complaint or worry was the water in our room. We had problems with our sinks and toilets and the pipes banged around a bit. But it was a wonderful stay and just what we needed. Definitely going to consider coming back. Great place and a great price.

Room was spacious and included everything we needed. Breakfast (continental) was good too. There’s a free bus service into the centre of Whistler too. Also used the spa which had a pool and two large hot tubs. Staff really nice and helpful

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking was a little more expensive than other spots I've stayed. Our room was decent - clean and tidy, a little worn in some areas, but not badly. The continental breakfast is a nice touch and the Nutella laden waffle tided us over nicely until we got brunch in the village. It's quite a way up the hill, so at the end of the season it's a sludgy trek down to Blackcomb - I wouldn't recommend it! Overall I'd probably stay there again in winter, but in warmer seasons it's a little far out.
