This review is for unit 315 at Greystone. I was immediately disappointed in the quality of the hotel room when I walked in. The mattress in the room was old and the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. You could feel every spring when you laid on it. I googled the mattress and couldn’t even find this online because it was so old. I didn’t even take off my shoes for the first three hours because I did not plan on staying here. The management would not refund me nor was there a different room available for us to stay in. I was even willing to pay extra for an upgraded room just so I could be comfortable. Angela, the manager was pleasant and ended up replacing our mattress the next day and apologized for the inconvenience with a bottle of wine. The ceiling fan in the loft didn’t work so there was a cheap fan in the corner. The loft didn’t look like it was updated in years. There was a knife block with two knives in it. The pans in the kitchen were warped and hard to cook with. This particular room does not meet the standards of a 4 star resort in my opinion. I ski 2-3 times a year and have stayed at some fabulous resorts for the price I payed at greystone. I am posting this review so the owner and resort will upgrade this room and take accountability for holding each unit to a 4 star standard as advertised. I am sure other units are upgraded like the pictures show online however, this unit surely needs some attention. Due to this, I would not stay here again.

Facilities were great. Condo was very clean. Just wish they had a small indoor gym.

My family and I had a great 10 days at Greystone Lodge and I would thoroughly recommend this complex if you are planning on visiting Whistler. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, well appointed (very comfortable beds, ample and comfortable furniture) clean and with excellent amenities. It has a great ski-in ski-out location, less than 5 minutes from your door to the Blackcomb Gondola or the free shuttle stop is just 2-3 minutes walk from the complex. The hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor) and outdoor pool are very welcome after a day on the slopes and the whole place is very well maintained. The cherry on the cake though are Clint and Kristy, who manage the complex - they are extremely helpful, flexible and always available. They also go above and beyond - our daughter lost her cuddly toy in the laundry and both Clint and Kristy could not have been more helpful in locating it and arranging for us to pick it up on our way through Squamish. Service well above and beyond expectations. We will certainly be back

The place was amazing. I left a few things there and Jenni was amazing at helping me get them back. It was a big enough for all of us. The pool was nice and it was super close to the village. Definitely will be back.

The unit was of great size .The ski in and ski out was perfect .The unit was well stocked. BUT the unit wasn't cleaned well There were soiled Kleenex under coach and dinning room cabinet. The pots and pans all needed to be cleaned before using and the parking spot was extremely compact for a full size truck . The dishwasher top rack kept falling out onto floor when loaded with glasses and we needed to fix Many times .Sincerely Sharon
