We stayed in this hotel for couple of nights. The room was nice with good quality furniture. We booked a room with mountain view and on seeing in person, we realized it was good decision. The lobby area is excellent and staff was friendly too. The bathroom was very neat and clean. Their in-house restaurant is having some decent options. We went during winters and the place has a cozy feel about it. Couple of downsides are high price and the parking space was cramped up.

I like this hotel. It is upscale at an affordable price. The workers are so extremely nice and down to earth, much better than the guests who stay here. Honestly, the biggest turn off are the other guests. I would describe the average guest as snobby, arrogant, rude, and pretentious. I would stay again.

Wish we had more time here. We only stayed one night, but what a treat! It felt like staying in someone home, fireplace, beautiful seating area, they offered board games, unlimited access to coffee, tea, hot chocolate, home made cookies and lemon water. Room spacious, clean and nice. We also borrowed their bikes to bike around in town, perfect stay!

Perfect spot for first timer visitors. Our favorite amenity was the underground parking garage for $20 a night. It was great to have a spot to store our luggage before early check in when the room is not available. Some hotels in Telluride don’t have parking and expect you to find scarce street parking, try doing that when there’s a winter storm outside and your tired from the long drive. The parking spaces is a little tight but any mid size SUV fits fine. Downtown Telluride is about 10-15min walking and the hotel offers complementary shuttle with luxury Ford Expeditions. In the lobby there’s complementary coffee tea and has live music on weekend evenings. The on site restaurant west end bistro has a breakfast buffet for around $18 per person with plenty of options. For other dinning places check out Sheridan Hotel Chop House, or the Brown Dog Pizza for some Detroit style Pizza. The building is old and not very sound proof so rooms can be a bit noisy due to nearby road and your neighbors AC heating fan can be bothersome. Overall I would stay here again and catch the free gondola up to mountain village. Our shuttle driver Dave O. was so nice and had a wealth of knowledge about the town. Overall all the staff were professional and being a dog friendly hotel it was fun watching all the furry buddies strolling in and out. I highly recommend Hotel Telluride.

Nice location, super friendly staff, underground parking, mountain decor, feels like you are hanging in a upscale mountain cabin, I’d go back in a minute!
