Do not stay here. The only good thing about it is it’s location. The heat was broken on the entire third floor including my room and they did not let any guests know before hand - it was 14*C all night in my room and I had to turn the shower on to heat the room. Further, the in room clock alarm went off at 12am because house keeping does not check that which sounded like a fire alarm. The rooms are extremely noisy as they face a bar/bus depot and you can heat everything and everyone talking below. Also the room is very small and dated / had 2 light bulbs burnt out / felt dingy. The hotel would not offer ANY reimbursement or even an apology for the heat being off and all the guests on the 3rd floor freezing and actually thought it was funny - not what I would expect for 450+ a night. Avoid this place at all cost.

It was ok. Fantastic location. The roof top deck is very nice as well. 3 because of how awfully loud it was.

Great location right in downtown Aspen. You are literally right on top of the nicest boutiques and restaurants. Rooms were small but nicely appointed. Only disadvantage: I have to subtract one star for complete lack of parking. You have to find on-street parking which is not particularly easy. You have to find certain zones away from downtown which allow overnight parking.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, but broken keys (one of four which were for my room worked). But the room was amazing. No views, but a massive modern TV, with cable and fast internet. Included breakfast was a nice addition. Very close to the bus station to head to any of the mountains, and only a short walk to Aspen Mountain itself. I will definitely endeavor to stay here again.

Got to stay here last winter for a quick ski trip. The rooms are spacious and the location can't be beat! The hotel is right in the downtown core. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was more than adequate. Look forward to coming for a longer stay this coming spring!
