Pros: The king size bed was very comfortable, the room was updated and spacious, nice staff at front desk, hot tub,, workout room with a nice view, tons of Tesla charging stations and parking right at your room. Cons: the walls are thin which is a huge negative when your neighbors are noisy all night, bathroom is teeny tiny, water pooled in the shower instead of going down the drain, a BIG spider came out of the pull out sofa when we opened it, also saw a small spider in the room the next day and no one knew how to light the fireplace in the lobby (apparently it hasn't been lit in over a year). Will stay somewhere else on our next Aspen trip.

Large and fairly impersonal but the rooms are a good size though a little dim, it's clean and the staff are helpful. We got an off season (summer) booking so the price was very un-Aspen. There's a decent pool around the back with a view looking up the ski slope and the restaurant serves a good breakfast complete with smiling dry Spanish humour. The bus service to and from the centre is excellent, can't speak highly enough of that aspect of service.

My stay was amazing! I enjoyed everything there and the costumer service was amazing!! Chloe the front desk was such a amazing person and help me out very much and told me places to go! I will come back for sure! Thank you for the best stay ever! The room was amazing!

Great value for money. Loved the shuttle to city. Everyone at the inn was so helpful. Nice view of Buttermilk Mountain.

You think that every accommodations in Aspen is updated and beautiful but this is not the case with this inn. The rugs are filthy in the hallways and rooms. I guess I didn't have an updated room. The well smells coming out of the bathroom is disgusting. The lobby needs a remodeling. The inn is over charging. The only thing that saved the stay wast the hospitality of the front desk and the food at the restaurant also the bartender
