Wow! The location was great, so as the Hotel experience. We were upgraded to a luxury studio room and the front desk agent explained everything well. Loved the laundry service and the heated pool. Also the room was spacious enough with almost all the necessary amenities provided. Absolutely recommended.

Friendly and attentive staff - loved Laurie at the front desk. Comfortable rooms and great location in terms of the Buttermilk Ski lift as well as Aspen. The only things holding the hotel from achieving 5 stars is firstly the food at the restaurant - it is not the best quality and not reasonably priced. Secondly, the room’s walls are also quite thin and I can hear other guests conversations and water pipes of when someone is showering/flushing the toilet.

If you are looking for a great hotel with a restaurant inside with a sky slope in the backyard, this is it. I was here during the off-season, so the price was very reasonable. The rooms were newly renovated and comfy. The X Games were held here. I'm not sure if they still do, but amazing history. I do have to add that the hotel is amazing, but if you have high altitude sickness, I left pictures of a company that will deliver straight to you. This will also help you on training or competition here too.

Good place to stay! Spent long weekend here. Leaving today. They have free shuttle that can take your around. LAURIE, from front desk was so welcoming, friendly, funny & personable! She introduced herself to us, called us by our name as she welcomed us.

The rooms were semi ok. Grow: Our room did not have a trash bin just one in the bathroom, no hooks for the bath towels at all it is a long way to the room, wish there was another elevator since it is a long inn. For breakfast we went to the restaurant inside the inn, there was no host available and the front desk asked us to take a seat and someone would be with us...no one ever came and we walked out not good at all. glow: on another note this place got 4 stars at least all because of Laurie she really holds this place together with her charisma. She gave me a wine bottle for my birthday and made sure we felt welcomed. Laurie is a breath of fresh air.
