We had a rough start to our reservation. Ms. Laurie did everything she could to make it right. In the end we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. It is also very nice that they have a free shuttle to the city! Ms. Laurie is a HUGE asset to this hotel. I hope they know the jewel they have in her. She is always smiling and so friendly. Her and Ms. Jeri (one of the shuttle drivers) were the nicest people we met on our trip there!

We had the most perfect stay! Traveled from Florida-This was my first time ever seeing snow and I couldn’t imagine experiencing it anywhere else. The unit we stayed in was perfect and everything about the Inn at Aspen was so convenient. Free shuttle, near to bus stops, so close to the town and airport, complimentary sledding, and hot tub. You are also right on Buttermilk mountain which is very cool. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful throughout out stay. So thankful they made us feel at home and made sure we knew to ask if we needed anything. I really look forward to visiting again and staying in the same unit! Amazing!

Location is right off the foot of Buttermilk, view was really awesome, enjoyed the snow. We came here 4th week of November and even if it was a holiday week, we never saw crowd forming in any of their location. Our unit was squeaky clean and I liked how it was decorated, my kids even liked the place. Most of all, staff were great. Very much appreciate Laurie and Chloe for being the most hospitable and accommodating staff ever! They certainly did above and beyond! We hope to stay here next year and we’ll sure be staying here longer.

The Inn at Aspen accommodated our every need. They provided free shuttle service the entire stay to downtown Aspen and free bus connection to Snowmass Village. Every driver was informative, courteous and friendly. On our arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by the best costumer service representative I have ever encountered in my life. Laurie was amazing! Her upbeat personality was so welcoming. You know from the way she manages the front desk that she loves her job. It is interactions like this that make you want to come back to a location over and over again. Asher was right on her heals. I could sense him smiling through his mask. Our accomodations were clean, quiet and comfortable in room 2203. We enjoyed a late night dip in the heated pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the snow covered slopes. The restaurant in the hotel, Home Team BBQ, had some of the best food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious! The service was great too! I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay at the Inn at Aspen.

Very nice accommodations at the base of the ski lift. While we were there during non skiing season, we were able to hike the trails leading up the mountain which were wonderful and beautiful during the time when the aspen leaves were at their most beautiful fall colors. It was magical! As for the hotel, each room is independently owned so each owner customizes their room so you don't have the exact same furniture and layout. It provides for a home like experience. The ground level rooms have lockable patio doors so you can go in and out that way. We also used the hottub and it was very nice and clean and not crowded at all. We drove our Tesla and was able to charge very easily because the stalls are next to the hotel. We world love to come back but the 4 hour driving experiences was the only downside.
