This inn is very cute and makes you feel like in Switzerland or somewhere off the grid with its vast mountain backdrop. Centrally located close to downtown Aspen, we were able to easily see the town and the bars, eateries and club. The hostess was very friendly and made great recommendations for us about the nightlife. The outdoor hot tub was open and felt like a spa experience surrounded by the snow. The hotel restaurant was excellent. I loved the pulled pork nachos and the drink menu with the chocolate liqueur drink (mudslide or Irish coffee ?) is a must-have.

Rooms are rather small but I guess nobody goes to Aspen for a nice hotel room. Very close to the airport with own shuttle service, adds to the convenience factor. In house restaurant/bar with good food reasonably priced. Staff friendly across the board. You will enjoy it.

Laurie was a doll from the beginning, she made the inn feel like home & it made our trip to Aspen that much more memorable. Very clean room, very kind staff & excellent rates. Will come back again!💕

We came at the end of season, but couldn't have been treated better. We had a booking problem that was quickly resolved, the room was wonderful, and the restaurant staff excellent. Special shout out to Haley Abdon who helped me print an important document, while taking calls and handling guest check out. Will visit again. Great place, great value:

Could have had a better experience. The town is dead, it's off season, hotel empty yet we had to wait till 4:00 to check in. They gave us a room at the end of the hotel furthest away from the only elevator. And I mean it was a super long walk. Then I had to walk all over the hotel just to find the ice machine which was in a random laundry room. Would have been nice if they told us at check in. and again although the hotel was empty our second floor room was right above where workers were using a miter saw outside below our terrace!!. So, for me it was just a terrible experience. Just ridiculous how the people who assign rooms have zero common sense
