Bar and restaurant is the best thing about this place. Otherwise, it's a little bit of a maze. The massage spa is nice and relaxing, but not cheap or particularly great. Massage is about what you'd expect from a destination hotel. Of course, you can likely get a better massage from a place in your hometown. Oxygen bar at $1/minute in the lobby is also nice.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights June 28, 29 and the weather was 90 degrees there's no air conditioning in this hotel when you're paying well over $200 a night with their Resort fees and taxes you got to be kidding me right...how ridiculous it was 85 to 90 degrees in our room every night they had a fan in the room to cool you down the hotel is Rundown! When you go to the front desk and ask questions about the issues you're having they look at you like you're some kind of imbecile! I really should have stayed at the Hyatt... the Hyatt is beautiful! What a mistake I made. I had two rooms booked one for myself and my wife and my mother-in-law and father-in-law stayed in the other room between the two of us for two nights we paid over $800 for the two rooms and completely dissatisfied no water pressure small bathrooms run-down deck my advice stay away, run, go to the Hyatt... I have one last thing to say I got up on Friday morning to work out at the fitness center took the elevator down to the first floor which was ground level when I got off the elevator to walk all the way down to the hall through this maze there was a rodent running long the wall really!! again stay away!

The service is great. This place is big on conservation so they have water in the room in glass bottles. The spa people were great. The massage and nap in the relaxation room we're good too. The fitness center is actually pretty well stocked for a travel gym.

Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend here! Absolutely loved the Eucalyptus Steam Room! Wish the dessert menu was a little more extensive, but the food in the Big Horn Lodge Restaurant was great!

The place is nice. So were the staff at the front desk and the shuttle drivers. However, please be forewarned that there is a thief amongst the VALETS. I had a custom baton flashlight wedged between my seat and console that I use for my own safety due to the nature of my work. It is no longer there. It's been there for months and there is no way it could have just fallen out.
