Location: Very easy access right on Hwy 6. Parking is across the highway and you have to walk in a tunnel under the highway to get back and forth to your car. Which is fine, but got a bit old after four or five trips. Rooms: Spacious and very clean, but needs updated. You can tell the property hasn't been remodeled in a while. Bathrooms were very clean and other than being outdated, we have no complaints. Service: Check in was quick and friendly, but I don't like the early check out (10am) and late check in times (4pm) - Makes it a bit inconvenient when traveling. Front desk service was friendly and mostly accommodative. The lobby and deck were nice; we enjoyed the fire pit. The outdoor pool was heated and it was nice having access to two hot tubs (inside and outside). I really can't comment on value, because we were in town for a wedding (block of rooms) in the "off season" (September), so I'm not sure how much rooms cost normally. Overall, a good stay. We enjoyed our time at the property. I would recommend it.

This is such a beautiful hotel located in a secluded place 2 hours away from Denver. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the DEN airport. The scenery near the hotel is absolutely stunning with a mirror-like lake, snowy mountains and flowing clouds. There are shops surrounding the lake nearby the hotel which is easily accessible. There are also hiking trails (the lake loop itself is one!) and you can even go up to Dillon Lake. The lake loop is dog friendly with poop bags. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated. It provides spa service, a swimming pool, gym, cafeteria, conference room, etc.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the valet, they were super nice, welcoming and helpful. Checking in was also the same. (I forgot to get everyone’s name to put in the post. ) We got to our room and it was very clean and inviting. We did find a pair of sneakers in the balcony and took them to the front desk when we were returning the baggage cart. They offered to switch us rooms and everything. Great customer service! We ate at the Bighorn after getting settled in, great atmosphere and the staff there was also amazing! On check out the next morning, the staff again was very helpful and kind. The lodge seemed very clean and well kept and the staff was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Just an awesome experience! To the staff, thank you for what you do!

We stayed 2 nights at the resort and wished it was better for the money we spent. There is no AC in the rooms, all that is provided is a fan that hardly blows (they will send an extra up to your room if requested) and there is signage telling you to just close the curtains and open the door to the patio (bugs??). They don’t tell you about resort fees until you check in. Pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. Spa seemed nice but was very overpriced. Pizza restaurant was very good. We wished there were more summer activities especially for how much we paid to stay there. Staff was friendly and helpful

Great views from the balcony and main reception. We visited for a conference in august and there was barely any food. I would highly recommend getting groceries/snacks before getting to keystone (no grocery stores/everything is really pricey). The hotel itself has a very limited cafe and one restaurant. If you want a good breakfast or lunch, you’re not going to find it here. The room was really nice, great staff and loved the eco-friendly touches (no plastic cups, every-3rd-day towel service). They also had a really nice gym and hot tub on site.
