The location can’t be beat if you have kids going to the Golden Peak ski school. It’s right across the street and the resort has valet service. The Lodge is an easy 10 minute walk from the Village. Very nice restaurant on premises. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Nice breakfast included in room price. Wish they had the omelette station all week instead of weekends only. The Betty Ford garden is next door. They had an amazing lights show display at night during our stay. Only issue we had was with the actual condo. You are at the mercy of the individual owners. Our unit, 275, was very dated, accommodates 3 people comfortably at the most and did not correspond to the platinum rating on the Lodge’s web site and the gold rating on Expedia.

It is a great place to stay for its location and amenities. It's right across the street from Golden Peak, where you find the Riva Bahn chair lift, Gopher Hill chair lift, and ski school. It is a short distance to the main center of town by foot or bus. Manor Vail is right next to the Gerald Ford park with its large playground, fields, flower park, and amphitheater. It's parking structure is underground. Rooms either face the slopes or Gore Creek. Manor Vail has hot tubs, pools, workout rooms, a bar, and a restaurant. The breakfast/brunch is always great.

We enjoyed our stay here. From calling the reservations to book to our departure, the entire team made us feel welcome. The landscaping is beautiful, the hotel is gorgeous and clean, the spa was amazing, and we enjoyed waking up having coffee and sitting by the fire place watching the snow fall. The buffet breakfast was adjusted to be COVID safe as a grab and go and it was delicious and had a lot of variety. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome gift and hand-written card for our anniversary. The hotel is close to Vail village and was an enjoyable short walk. I would stay here over and over again, and cannot wait to come back.

The front desk woman named Jenna was so kind and accommodating. My now fiancé proposed to me on New Year’s Eve and she mapped out the most perfect spot to view the fireworks show where he popped the question. It could not have been more perfect! We returned to the lobby and was greeted with a congratulations and champagne for celebration. Thank you for helping make the night one I’ll remember forever!

My family and I have been staying here for decades! The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is attentive, and the pools are lovely in the summer! They even accommodated my gluten free, vegan diet! And, during COVID! They made sure I had a nice little to go, hot breakfast every day. It felt very safe COVID-wise. They also upgraded our place and it was HUGE! Just can’t say enough good things. Thanks for another great visit.
