Cute, artsy hotel just outside of downtown Park City. Great common areas to relax, including an outdoor fire pit. My only recommendation would be to put out coffee earlier! A lovely breakfast opens at 7 am, but coffee service in the lobby earlier than that would be superb.

Just stayed there in early March. Clean and comfortable rooms; nice amenities with pool, steam/sauna/Jacuzzi. Great location for all three parks and access to the town. They have their own shuttle to slopes but the town shuttle stops right outside front door. Breakfast is blah

Visited here over the weekend. The staff was nice & friendly. However, I was a little frustrated that upon check-in, we arrived a little prior to check in time, they had told us they didn't have very many people staying there this weekend, and even with a low number of people staying there that weekend, they still didn't have a room ready for us. The guy pointed to the sign on the wall that said check-in 4pm. You'd think if a hotel was 30-40% booked, they'd have available rooms ready an hour before check-in. I'm not sure if that was the case or if they guy at the counter was trying to make a point that they didn't want to accommodate a guest when it was possible. So we left and found a place to eat before coming back. When we came to our room, we had to reach out to the front desk for trash bags that were missing, and a few other items that you'd think they'd have ready. I only saw a few other guests staying at the time we were there. With a low number of people staying there, you'd think they'd be right on top of things. There indoor pool/spa was closed when we got there, I wish I would have known, we probably would have booked elsewhere. Overall, the appearance was nice, had a good feel, and things were updated.

We have stayed here two years in a row now for our anniversary and birthday weekends. Last year we were a little more satisfied than this year. We got the king suite and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We both ended our vacation with sore backs and necks. Other than that, the hotel staff was very accommodating and kind. We love it because its dog friendly and we will likely stay there again for that reason.

Good hotel, but do not expect to use the restaurant. It is always booked and even if most tables are empty, "we are fully booked". No efforts are made to accommodate guests who stay in the hotel. I would not recommend for families who can not go out at night and rely on hotel services. Markus W.
