I am Amazed by the customer service provided!!! I spent 2 nights here, the location is great! And so affordable! At check out I forgot one of my bags, 8 hours later I realized what happened, called the hotel, Pru said they had it and offered to call UPS and send it to my address 🤩 How can you beat that excellent customer service!!! I was speechless! My bag arrived 5 days later at my address in Dallas, everything accounted for. I’ve been in customer service for over 2 decades, when you have employees like this, consider yourself a lucky company! Courtney also helped me get a different route out of Aspen. This hotel is so lucky to have these 2 great ladies there taking care of their guests the way they’re doing it. Pru is just Amazing!!! I have no words to describe how amazing she is! I am recommending this hotel to all my friends and family, I am definitely going back so I can thank Pru in person!

That's right, FIVE stars! Keep reading! My wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway amidst covid to celebrate her b-day. We'd visited the Aspen area on a day trip a few years prior and wanted to do a bit more exploring. We came across this place and decided to give it a try. First, $90 / night... $90 PER NIGHT! I'm sure it's considerably more during ski season. For that price, and based on a few other things I'll explain, this is a solid 5 star experience. The room was clean, the bed pretty comfy, there's a sofa, balcony with a view, mini-fridge, microwave, flat screen w/cable, DVD player, and coffee pot - everything you need. Due to covid, no housekeeping services, but the gentleman at the front let us know that if we needed anything to give him a shout. I tested him on this by asking for extra coffee. His response: "How much would you like?" The hotel is also conveniently located next door to the mall, which has shops and a couple fun restaurants (a cantina and a beer garden), plus the free gondola down to the center with more shops and food options. Keep this spot in mind! From the looks of things, it's likely a great place to crash during ski season as well!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my fiance and it was ok. And I say that in a generous sense. The staff were fantastic. Best part of our stay there. They were all so helpful and friendly. I have never been skiing before and so I cannot attribute to the shape of other ski hotels, but I can confidently say this was one hotel on the lower side of niceness and overall condition. The place is in a serious need of a face lift. Very old and outdated throughout the whole place. I think if someone put a little time and money into the hotel to bring it into the 21st century it would be perfect and would be the hottest spot in the whole area. Directly across the street is a huge layout of different restaurants and shops. Every one we ate at was delicious and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Great place!!

Absolutely outstanding staff! Monique in particular.Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Facility was aged but kept up very well. Very reasonable pricing for where this is located. Excellent experience all around.
