Stonebridge Inn

Horribly outdated ! The toilet is like baby’s first potty! It’s very low to the floor. The bathtub/ shower is very high and hard to get in and out of. No air conditioner. The chairs by the table are stained . The shampoo and body wash smell like bananas. The elevator is so slow everyone uses the stairs. My husband booked this thinking that Hyatt can’t be bad. Well it’s crummy.

Nice views of the slopes. We stayed in June. The rooms are clean. The pillows are so soft and the front desk is really friendly. We ate breakfast at their restaurant. It was delicious. Staff was super friendly. For the money it is a great value and just a short 25 minutes from Aspen.

If you are visiting in the summer, and you are put in a room (odd number) facing the road above the main entrance, go directly to the manager and ask to move to the opposite side. There is no air conditioning and you have to keep the windows open. It was very noisy even after 1:30 AM from people racing up the road. The front desk staff (night shift) was very unprofessional and do not know the meaning of customer service. One of the weekend managers was very helpful, unfortunately not enough to increase the star rating. I’d rather pay more to stay in Aspen then to try to save money and stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were definitely dated and not clean. We were given the corner-most room on the first floor even though there were plenty of other rooms available. There were cobwebs on the windows and also inside the room next to the window. The toilet seat is very small and very close to the floor. The on-site restaurant was closed off for breakfast and dinner for a personal happy hour party. The hotel should have informed us about this prior to our arrival and atleast provided some alternative if the restaurant space could not be used. The only thing working for this property is the location is central to most places in Snowmass. Overall pretty poor experience considering this property is part of Hyatt.

Great hotel, affordable for Snowmass, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Stonebridge has nice, of a bit dated, rooms and was very clean. The pool is a good size and heated, and there are 2 hot tubs. Staff were very friendly! Easy walking distance to both “mall” areas in Snowmass and has parking close by.
