It is very difficult to navigate around this hotel while it is under construction. My husband and I got in late, and were able to find the "lobby", but it was difficult to navigate easily to get out of the property to other nearby restaurants. The staff seems to be a mixed bag of those that are attentive, and those that are not considerate (great check-in experience, poor check-out experience). Our room was recently renovated, but it seems like it was done quick & cheap. The bed is comfy, however the room does not give any type of warm/comfortable feel. We were on the 3rd floor - there are no elevators, so you have climb stairs with your luggage. The walls are very thin, you can easily hear your neighbors (and all construction happening in the mornings). There is a major lack of outlets, garbage cans, and natural light (we had a small window in the corner) the room. Overall, I think this is a good value-priced option is you are planning a quick stay and don't mind a few of the things listed above (however, I'm sure the price will drastically increase once construction is over). If you are looking to stay more than a night, and looking for conveniences typically found in a hotel in the area - this is not the spot for you.

Horrible! I recognize they are under construction but seriously not worth it. We got to The Inn at around midnight. But the construction prevents any signage from being seen and we walked around the building twice trying to figure out where to check in (you go to a room to check in?!?!). Staff refused to help us with our bags (almost $200 a night), and when we asked for a luggage cart, the old man who works evenings gave us attitude because we only booked 3 nights at The Inn, so why would we need a luggage cart. We were on a 2 week trip where we planned on backpacking and camping through the parks, so although we were only spending a few nights there, we had a lot of gear we are traveling with (not that it was any of his business to begin with). With so much attitude, he reluctantly gave us a tiny cart that our bags did not fit on. A day later we found out they had an actual luggage cart but he didn’t make it available to us. He also told us we were the last person checking in for the night, then two more groups of guests checked in making us feel from moment one that he was dishonest and untrustworthy. Also, after spending an hour on the phone with them ahead of time making reservations, no notes had been made and he created unnecessary issues with the amount of people in our reservation (2 people). Further, this was a business trip and he gave us trouble about our boss booking and paying for the reservation but not actually being physically present. I believe this is a common thing and there is no reason to give guests a hard time about a company booked room at midnight after a long day of travel. When we got to our room on the ground floor, we realized our curtain did not cover the whole window. The next morning, we realized people could look in on us as we saw the construction men smoking right outside our window (which we were later told he would kick us out if we smoked where they were smoking all day). If that isn’t enough, the pillows had stains of who knows what, so I spent 3 nights scared to sleep on the pillows. My traveling partner had to brush sand of the sheets (under the covers) before crawling into bed after a 16 hour day of traveling. When we went to get ice, the ice maker room is not labeled and there are no signs. It took us 45 minutes to find because they only have one person working at a time and that worker was not in the office, so there was no one to help us. The ice maker is badly leaking, they had an overflowing bucket of water collecting the leaking water. There was a massive patch of black mold on the wall of the ice room and on the ice machine so we were terrified to use the ice. Although the daytime staff was helpful, every night, that old man was grumpy and complaining about everything we did (our room was right next to the room the “lobby” was set up in). If we left our room, he would come out and glare at us, he would continually tell us we weren’t allowed to do things, and left us feeling largely uncomfortable and frustrated - we could have stayed in another hotel for $200 or slightly more and actually had a hospitality experience. Whoever hired him to work in a position of customer service should not be in charge of hiring. The highlight of our 2 week trip was checking out of The Inn and we strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND you ruin your vacation by staying at The Inn at Jackson Hole.

The room I had was lovely. I stayed there for four nights. Bedroom: The furniture was comfortable and high quality. I was highly impressed with the quality of everything! Kitchen Amenities: Full dish set, mugs, glasses, silverware set, and cooking utensils. There was a microwave, mini fridge (no freezer section inside), kitchen sink, and a single-serve pod coffee maker. Bathroom Amenities: Hair dryer, ring light makeup mirror. FULL SIZE lemongrass scented hand soap, body soap, moisturizer, shampoo and conditioner with pumps! Pets: There was no pet fee per night. Just a one-time cleaning fee at the end of the stay. Construction: I stayed at The Inn at Jackson Hole during the beginning of August 2019. There is a lot of construction, but it isn't too loud or inconvenient. The swimming pool was closed. Parking: During the summer there are no parking passes. During the winter, they give out parking passes that must be displayed. Parking usually wasn't too bad, but it can be crowded. There are multiple parking lots that can be parked in, so even if the closest lot is full there is someplace to put your car. They also have 15 minute parking, which is great for loading or unloading the car.

Do not listen to all the bad reviews. Yes, the hotel is under construction. Yes the pool and elevator are out of service. Ask for a room on the ground floor. Yes, the lobby is currently a room, but honestly it didn’t deter me, simply because of the much lower pricing. The room was nice, roomy, modern, with a very comfortable bed. Room has hair dryer and makeup mirror, no fridge or microwave. Does have keurig in room. Called the front desk and talked to Jessica about the location of the ice machine and she has it brought to my room immediately. It’s worth it for the location.

Stay away. All of the one star reviews are accurate. Complete rip off to stay in a place under significant construction with flood lights, dust, noise. Can’t believe they are trying to stay open during the remodel. Why not just close down. Also , no pool. Major disappointment. I also don’t understand why resort fees are charged. There really is no resort aspect.
