The Village at Breckenridge (including Antero, Shavano, and Wetterhorn) is located at the base of Peak 9 and is one of the most desirable locations in Breckenridge. Offering Hotel Rooms, Studios, as well as One -Four bedroom condos, this area is truly Ski-In/Ski-Out and adjacent to the Quicksilver Super 6 Chair Lift. The historic Maggie Pond, also adjacent to The Village at Breckenridge, offers winter ice-skating, summer paddle boating, and all year round holiday festivities. In addition to its ideal slope side location these condos are also only a few steps to Breckenridge's Historic Main Street. Each condo at The Village at Breckenridge has a full kitchen, dining area, sleeper sofa, balcony, and fireplace. Other amenities include laundry facilities, ski lockers, fitness room, spa services, underground heated parking, restaurants and pubs, as well as indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs to round out your Breckenridge mountain vacation.

In 2010 the Village at Breckenridge had a complete exterior face lift costing $18 million which included all new pedestrian walkways, siding, windows, etc. Along with the change in the exterior came name changes of the different units at the Village. Plaza 1, 2 and 3 are now called the Antero, Shavano and Wetterhorn buildings, respectively. The Liftside is now called Peak 9 Inn, and The Chateaux Condos remain the same. For the purpose of pricing, the Peak 9 Inn and Chateaux have their own web page. The three remaining properties (Antero, Shavano and Wetterhorn) are priced and booked as the Village at Breckenridge.

The property is nice and the staff is friendly. If this was anytime other that summer, I'd probably give a higher rating. If you do come in the summer, i hope you can sleep in a sauna. There is no AC!!! This is common in mountain cabins where you open all the windows at night. Here, you can only crack 2 windows that are right next to each other creating zero airflow. To top it off, a delivery truck pulls up at 130 am to deliver god knows what. Front desk brings me up 2 fans. 1 of which rattles and bounces around. Its 2am. I've been trying to sleep for 2 hrs now. I will not stay here again...

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean. It was relatively quiet around us but the walls do appear to be a bit thin. The bathroom was stocked with above average body wash / shampoo / moisturizer... something by a company called Lather. Room service provided fresh water every day in a couple reusable glass containers - that was very nice. Location is PERFECT if you want to ski or board on peak 9. Overall a great stay!

Cannot be closer to the slopes. Great location. 3 shops to rent skis at your doorstep but Rented large 1 bedroom condo with old dirty uncomfortable unacceptable furniture and carpet. Pullout sofa 20 years old broken and roll away thin unacceptable. Heaters that do not work and hot water and pressure scarce in a 35 year old building. Manager blames the condo owner but they advertise these condos as part of the hotel. Big rooms , great location , very friendly staff but room is unacceptable for $499 per night. Would not stay here again unless guaranteed a new unit.The photos I saw were not these.

Nice place. Been in better. Management was very attentive

Stayed at an AirBNB in this complex. It appears there are many condos that are rented out within the building itself. The accommodations were nice and you are right by the lifts and a block of main street. I didn't use any of the amenities but noticed they have a pool, hot tub and gym. Interior is slightly dated.
