The Village at Breckenridge (including Antero, Shavano, and Wetterhorn) is located at the base of Peak 9 and is one of the most desirable locations in Breckenridge. Offering Hotel Rooms, Studios, as well as One -Four bedroom condos, this area is truly Ski-In/Ski-Out and adjacent to the Quicksilver Super 6 Chair Lift. The historic Maggie Pond, also adjacent to The Village at Breckenridge, offers winter ice-skating, summer paddle boating, and all year round holiday festivities. In addition to its ideal slope side location these condos are also only a few steps to Breckenridge's Historic Main Street. Each condo at The Village at Breckenridge has a full kitchen, dining area, sleeper sofa, balcony, and fireplace. Other amenities include laundry facilities, ski lockers, fitness room, spa services, underground heated parking, restaurants and pubs, as well as indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs to round out your Breckenridge mountain vacation.

In 2010 the Village at Breckenridge had a complete exterior face lift costing $18 million which included all new pedestrian walkways, siding, windows, etc. Along with the change in the exterior came name changes of the different units at the Village. Plaza 1, 2 and 3 are now called the Antero, Shavano and Wetterhorn buildings, respectively. The Liftside is now called Peak 9 Inn, and The Chateaux Condos remain the same. For the purpose of pricing, the Peak 9 Inn and Chateaux have their own web page. The three remaining properties (Antero, Shavano and Wetterhorn) are priced and booked as the Village at Breckenridge.

After reading multiple of the negative reviews I was nervous booking our stay..However I was pleasantly surprised! The room was beautiful and cozy! We had a full kitchen equipped with all cooking appliances, plates, cups and silverware. Also we were located very close to Main st (5min walk) where all the shops and restaurants are ☺️ I was so happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Spending the money to give my husband and I a weekend getaway just was not worth the money at this place. In these times where I am trying to get the best value for my money, it is really frustrating to have a bad experience. Pros: Location, hot tub, sauna, steam room, additional games/etc, Cons: The room was really outdated and not clean. Mattress was so uncomfortable. And the sheet doesn't cover the mattress well, I woke up to seeing the actual mattress, which is so nasty in a hotel. The TV was so small, like a 28 inch TV size and all the way from the bed it's hard to see. Cabinets gross and outdated. I went to get coffee downstairs on my way out for the day and asked the front desk person for a cup. The said they are "committed to zero." Really? Can't provide me a to-go cup. There are eco friendly cups and it seems like a cheap excuse. Parking isn't included and the resort fee just makes this place really not seem worth our hard earned money.

The condos are nice. The kitchen and the bathroom was clean. We had such a hard time sleeping. The bed is terrible and the pillows made it worst. Both of us woke up with neck pain and headaches. One of us slept on the coach and the other was miserably sleepigg no on the floor. If they updated the beds, this place would be a solid 5/5. But back and neck pain, mixed with high altitude is a big no for me.

The room was clean , though looked very well "used". The internet did not work, and the engineer could it fix it. There was no one who could give me a final invoice showing charges and payment. I was told by the front desk to call two different numbers, one which did not have anyone there and for which no voice mail was available, and the second who referred me back to the front desk, who could mot help!!! I realize staff is short, but when paying a premium price for a room, service can't be ignored.

I own a place at The Village, so I don't directly use your property management services. I still have to say that your entire staff: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. The ambiance that they create around the place is amazing. Thank you!
