We stayed one night here and skied both the days before and after. The location is great, it's a very short walk to both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. It was easy to come pick up a parking pass and card for their garage the morning we arrived, and then we checked in for the room in the afternoon after we were done skiing. The room we had reserved wasn't ready when we checked in an hour early at 3 pm, so they gave us a free upgrade to a loft room which was really nice. They have a room of lockers to store skis, and will give you a key for a locker. The room was clean and cozy with a fireplace, but you do have to bring or purchase a fire log to use the fireplace. The kitchenette had all the dishes, pans, and utensils we needed, but there are not any staples like salt, pepper, or cooking spray, so make sure you bring your own. The morning we left, we packed everything up and out of the room to be out by check out time, and then came back in the afternoon to return the parking card. We didn't have to wait for help at the front counter, someone was always there and ready to help.

Great facilities, and great staff. For a hotel of this price, you have access to 1 outdoor hot tub, 1 outdoor pool (heated), 1 indoor pool, sauna and a gym. On top of that, your room let will get you a wealth of discounts all over Whiatler Village

Best location ever! There is actually 3 beds: the main bed, a Murphy bed and the couch pull out! Boots ski party! ⛷️

Worst Experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. This place has the worst management and employees you’ve ever seen. They are rude and are just looking to make money, don’t care about the customers at all. If you are unfortunate enough to meet Brad Haddow (Long curly hair), he is extremely rude and doesn’t care about the customers at all. Was yelling at my group because we had a few extra people over to hangout with us. They don’t even let you bring in any guests past 10 PM. What hotel even does that??? Overall worst experience i’ve ever had, highly recommend against staying here.

It was a good night clean and all the right amenities. I would be back. Although I would request a room that didn't look over the next building and a cement area
