Fun, clean lobby and great bar area. Amazing location with a short 1 min walk to ski. Had issues with parking permit not being immediately entered into the system resulting in a $30 parking ticket and some hidden "resort fees" at check out. Overall a decent place to stay.

I would give you zero stars if I could. You would not refund my room during the covid crisis because I booked third party while everyone else in our wedding party was allowed a refund. I then came to Aspen and got horribly sick due to this. After I paid for my stay, you then charged me a generic " resort fee" with absolutely no explanation as to what this charge is for. When I try and call to inquire as to what these charges are for, your phone rings endlessly. This is a garbage hotel with garbage service. ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

I would not stay here again! Don't be fooled as this is one of the cheaper options in the Aspen area. You are better off staying in Carbondale! There are many extra fees not disclosed up front and paying for overnight parking is a crock as the city will not tow until 8:30 AM. Don't stay here, outdated and the pictures are not accurate on their site, or any of the travel sites.

Tiny, cramped dated room, with broken refrigerator and a light plugged into the wall with a long black extension cord stretching along the ceiling and down the wall to the outlet. Elevator broken most of my stay, and had to carry my luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. Location is great regarding proximity to the slopes, but doesn't deserve the 350 dollars per night whatsoever.

There is a reason this is one of the cheaper stays in the Aspen area. The pictures didn’t do justice to the actual hotel. Everything felt a little dirty and old. Didn’t ever feel too comfortable in the space. The best thing about the hotel was the location compared to the ski resort.
