Hotel is good, shuttle to/from the Mountain comes pretty quickly, but what makes this place is the restaurant!!!! It is amazing!! The most delicious food we have had on our Colorado snowboarding adventure. It was so nice to come back from a full day of boarding and not have to leave the hotel for dinner. I actually can’t imagine any food in town being better than the quality of food served here. TRY IT!!

The pool was dirty first thing in the morning and the bar staff took so long in the evening we missed food service after arriving. The heaters in the room are often noisy too. Apart from that, it's a cheap place to stay and the rooms are a decent size.

Excellent service! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Also, the amenities were awesome, they had movies playing at the pool for the kids and activities on the first floor. Overall, great hotel, would definitely recommend.

Rated as good because the Hotel is rated as 3-star. It's a solid 3-Star hotel. This is not a lodge atmosphere at all. It's a hotel and it's across a major highway from the base which requires a shuttle-ride to go skiing. The hotel was clean, but our room wasn't cleaned each day. Just twice over a 4-night stay. Beds aren't nice, but tolerable. Bathrooms are small and out-dated. The indoor hot tube didn't work, no movies playing for kids, no fireplace. The restaurant was closed during our entire stay, so there was no room service, no bar as advertised. Sort of a "fake it until you make it" vibe here... The marketing is much better than the actual reality.

The Good: Allows dogs and the staff is lovely. The Bad (and it's really bad): The hotel is across the freeway from the ski lift base. No safe way to get to the base without driving or catching a 20 min bus ride. Makes it difficult to go check on dog and essentially locks you in for dinner at the hotel. A pedestrian overpass or underpass would make a world of difference. The hotel restaurant food is good, but the ambience is abysmal, the space is freezing, and the menu is overpriced.
