This hotel has a lot of potential to become the best hotel in the region. With an incredible view of the mountain, leisure area with swimming pool, restaurant, shops, shuttle to the mountain and lounges. But my experience would only be satisfactory if the towels, beds and pillows weren't bad. Because at the end of a day of snowboarding, the only thing you want is to take a nice shower and sleep! Thin towels, bed swaying too much, lumpy old pillows and the shower is even hot, but with little water. The hair dryer didn't work either. The restaurant is also very tasty, but constantly missing ingredients and few people in attendance. If you want to enjoy the amenities of the hotel, it's worth it, but if you want to have a good night's sleep and rest after a day on the mountain, this is not the place. Ps: If you guys upgrade the beds, pillows and towels... I'll definitely be back! ;)

Rooms are pretty standard and the walls are thin so you do hear other people around you. Bring ear plugs. Otherwise good food, the staff were all very nice and super helpful. It's great that they have their own ski rental right on the property with shuttle service to Winter Park running every 20 minutes.

We picked this place because it was right across from the ski resort. My husband also picked the “nicest” room they had since we were there to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the room was horrible. For the price we pay per night it should’ve been way better. The hotel is very dated, the pillows are tiny and have no support and the bath towels are laughable. Our mattress was the biggest disappointment, I think part of the box spring was broke as my husbands side of the bed dipped way down as if you were sleeping on an incline. Also, we went to light the fireplace and they proceeded to tell us it didn’t work and we would have to get the mechanic (that was at like 8pm). So of course, no fire place. Just overall very disappointing for the money spent. The views are great though!

My family and I came during off-season. There were no amenities (restaurant in the hotel was closed as well as surrounding area) but there was a great swimming pool area. The customer service was great and helpful. In the gym area, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. In the suite, the trash cans were very grimy underneath the trash bag which we noticed when we went to take out our trash, the ceiling in the bathroom did have some stains, but otherwise it was a great experience!

This wasn’t the worst hotel.. front desk staff was kind & helpful and even gave us early check in on a Saturday. Our main issue was cleanliness especially in the bathroom. There was dirt/rocks in the corners on the floor, bathtub had hair/grime that was not ours, walls of the shower looked like they had not been properly wiped down in a long time. There was some trash on the bedside table that had been missed. Overall wouldn’t stay again, the only thing this place has going for it is its close proximity to the ski resort. Needs a deep clean and maybe a new cleaning team.
