Juniper Springs Lodge

The Juniper Springs Lodge offers comfortable accommodations that are adjacent to the Eagle Express Lift and the Lupin ski run providing guests with convenient ski-in/ski-out access. Studio to 3 bedroom condos and townhomes feature balconies, gas fireplaces, full-size gourmet kitchens, and Hi-def flatscreen televisions. Amenities include daily housekeeping, 24 hour front desk, and outdoor pool and hot tubs. With is prime location just outside of the hustle and bustle, yet not too far from dining, shopping and nightlife, Juniper Springs Lodge is the perfect option for any group or family ski vacation package.

Mammoth Mountain Resort

Mammoth Mountain with 3,500 acres of terrain is located in Eastern California, along the east side of the Sierra Nevada mountain range into the Inyo National Forest. The resort offers all terrain from steep slopes and back country cliff skiing to perfectly groomed beginners areas. Mammoth Mountain is perfect for everyone.

3,100 vertical feet on 3,500 acres of terrain. Thirty lifts cover the terrain, broken down as 30% beginner, 40% intermediate, and 30% advanced/expert.

Mammoth is a pleasure to ski. After a few days on the slopes you'll still discover entire areas yet to be explored. Beginners will find several naturally isolated regions to practice their skills.

Airfare Selection

Mammoth Yosemite Airport (airport code: MMH) is approximately 10 minutes from Mammoth Lakes.

Flights into Mammoth are available on Alaska Airlines via Los Angeles and on United Airlines via Denver, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Reno International airport is roughly 3 hours from Mammoth and served by numerous carriers. Rental car is the preferred option for small parties. Groups of 6-15 may want to consider sharing a private shuttle (opens in new tab).

A private jet company, JetSuite X, serves Mammoth Airport via Burbank (BUR) and Orange County (SNA) on a limited flight schedule. More information here (opens in a new tab).

Payments by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted however prices listed include a 3% discount for cash/check payment. Payment by credit card will result in a 3% addition to the cost of the trip. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
Cancellation Policy:
LODGING: 7 and 5 night lodging accommodations are available. The lodging property requires a credit card imprint to cover any/all personal hotel costs and property damages. Prices are per person. Final trip payment is due no later than February 1st, 2019. No refunds on any payments, however, transfers to other people are allowed. Please contact Vincene with NBSMW to discuss your transfer options.

LIFT TICKETS: Lift Tickets prices vary by age and amount of days. If you have an IKON pass they may be used for lift access at Mammoth.

Any partially used lift tickets are non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply if a valid doctor’s note is provided and only if participant was injured on the trip. Any unused lift tickets or partially used lift tickets with doctor’s note must be given to the Sports America Rep on-site during the trip for refunds to be processed.

INSURANCE: TRIP INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR PROTECTION. You are free to obtain your own trip insurance as well. If Trip Insurance in not purchased HHISC is not responsible for financial losses incurred in the event of a trip cancellation.
Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit: For packages that include lodging, a credit card deposit is required upon check-in of each unit to serve as security deposit. The amount varies based upon property and unit type.

Shared Rooms vs Single Supplement: Type of beds for singles or couples is requested but NOT guaranteed. Please be prepared to share bedrooms and be comfortable sharing a room with a stranger of the same sex if you are not willing to pay for Single Supplement option nor are you planning on attending the trip with someone you know.

SAT shall not be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury to person, caused by reason of any defect by any transportation company, lodging company, ski area, agent or any service/item in the package outside their direct control. SAT, reserves the right to make changes and alterations in the itinerary that are found necessary for proper handling of said tours. In the event that such changes are required, SAT will arrange substitute services confirmed for ones of equal or greater retail value, or will refund an amount equal to the difference in retail value between the services confirmed and actual services furnished. Each participant in an SAT tour agrees, as an express condition of such participation, that SAT's liability for such changes is limited as provided herein, and that SAT will not be liable for any additional damages which may be caused by such changes. Neither SAT or any vendor shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason, defect or through acts of omissions of any person or company described in the confirmation. The services and responsibilities of the airlines in connection with the air transportation when involved are subject to and limited by the terms of the applicable tariffs on file with the Department of Transportation. In the event of a Bulk Ticket, is used for your transportation, Rule #240 is waived and Sports America is not responsible for any default of the airline. Meals, cribs or other additions to your trip, extra or half day lift tickets, insurance, or items of a personal nature are not the responsibility of SAT. Should a dispute arise, venue shall be in Sonoma County in the State of California.
