Whistler-Blackcomb is consistently ranked the # 1 Ski Resort in North America by Ski Magazine and is located in the Coast Mountain range of British Columbia. We will be on the site of the 2010 Olympics. There are two world class mountains to ski, Whistler and Blackcomb, now connected by a mid-mountain Gondola!
It has been Rated # 1 Ski Resort in North America for the last decade. This was the host mountain for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympics' Winter Games. There's so much to do in Whistler that you can’t possibly ski the entire mountain in one week, but we can try.
Whistler is one of the premier ski resorts in the world. The Village at Whistler is a car–free area and has an eclectic array of shops, restaurants, and bars that reflects the international makeup of the skiers/riders who come to Whistler from all over the world. We should stay for a month to let you sample all the restaurants and meet friendly visitors from other countries. Shopping is an intensive activity, and more than the usual ski town goods are on display. In addition to skiing, there are activities such as snowmobiling, dog sled rides, and hiking for everyone to enjoy. Day tours to Vancouver are also available.
We’re going to see just “how many” of these fun places and activities we can “ROCK” ! !

Lodging

HILTON WHISTLER RESORT & SPA
In the Heart of the Resort with a 3-minute walk to the lifts (you just can’t get any closer), with all the night life you can handle just outside your door. We have rooms with two double beds, and some with one King bed.
The Hilton offers a heated outdoor pool with whirlpool, a spa, and complementary equipment storage. It also has a fitness center, complimentary Wifi, and on-site restaurant, and more.
The Cinnamon Bear Grille serves up hearty meals made with the finest local ingredients. Sip cocktails and craft beer while taking in the mountain vistas at Cinnamon Bear Bar. They have a roaring open-fire all winter.

The Mountain(s)

There are 8,100 plus acres of skiable mountain terrain, featuring high speed lifts to take you up a vertical rise of more than 5,200 feet. 12 bowls and 3 glaciers offer more adventure than you could ever dream of. The Peak to Peak Gondola is an experience in itself! While your there, ski the glacier!
Whistler is the largest ski area in North America, encompassing both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. It has more acreage and vertical drop than any other resort and more slopes of all abilities than you will be able to ski during our visit. Plenty of easygoing greens, lots of beautiful blues and plenty of incredible challenging black runs to meet EVERY skier's desire.
