Trip Highlights

This is a TBSSB first! Our club is headed to Revelstoke Mountain Resort for the very first time. This is on every serious skier/boarder’s bucket list. For those willing to go the extra mile (Revy is not easy to get to), you will be rewarded with incredible terrain, lots of powder, and no crowds or lift lines.
We are excited to share this wonderful new destination with our club members. Be one of the lucky few to get on this trip. We only have 26 spots available on this trip. If you’re looking for a little adventure that is a freeriders’ paradise, off the beaten path, and has a great vibe and friendly locals, then this is your mountain.
We're staying at a 1st class, ski-in/ski-out property, and our lift tickets are the lowest of the season. Join your fun and experienced trip leaders on this adventure to the Selkirk Mountains in eastern British Columbia. Terry & Suzanne each have many years of leading trips so you can be assured there will be plenty of fun and you will always know when and where you are supposed to be for that fun. Join us for an awesome week.

Lodging

The Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort is situated at the base of North America’s longest vertical descent with breathtaking views, high-end amenities, and cozy furnishings make this ski-in/ski- out hotel one of the most luxurious around.  Even at this low elevation, you are definitely staying at a place high above the rest. These 200 condominium-style hotel suites, spread over three buildings, are definitely made to impress. We will have 1- and 2-bedroom condos that have fully equipped kitchens, private patios, soaker tubs, heated floors—it has more comforts than home—and it’s primo location keeps you close to the mountain’s amenities. Explore the ground floor of the hotel’s multiple buildings where you’ll find restaurants, a ski shop, a spa, and more. Extra perk: Complimentary happy hour in the lobby daily.  They have a third-floor, outdoor hot tub. If you need to rest your legs, take advantage of the free shuttle to town that runs every 30 minutes.
There are a few dining choices at Sutton Place. For the very best in dining, check out Rockford Bar & Grill. This stylish and inviting restaurant is where you want to refuel with gusto after a day of adventure. Alternatively, elevate your après game with a visit to the comforts of Mackenzie Common Tavern.

The Mountain

Although Revelstoke Mountain Resort has only been around since 2008, the resort has reached legendary status amongst avid skiers/boarders. Revy is big, big, big, big – big terrain, big pitch, big snowfall and big vertical. Revelstoke has 3,121 acres of skiable terrain yet only 75 trails, which gives you an idea of the magnitude of the off-piste offerings. Revelstoke has the longest vertical in North America at 5,620 feet with a base elevation of 1,680 feet and a top elevation of 7,300 feet. Yay, low altitude!!
  • Beginner: 12%
  • Intermediate: 43%
  • Advanced/Expert: 45%
You’ll find plenty of beginner and intermediate terrain dispersed throughout the mountain for the less adventurous, or for later in the day when your legs have turned to Jello. Bonus: Revelstoke is on the IKON pass.
