The Westin is now the centerpiece of the new Riverfront Village and includes the Riverfront Express Gondola. The new gondola is just steps from the hotel\'s backdoor, taking guests to/from the slopes of Beaver Creek and the Avon transit center is directly next to The Westin if guests want to take a shuttle to nearby Vail for a day at the largest ski resort in America.  The Westin Riverfront Resort is modern in decor and features a 23,000 sq. ft. spa, a 25 meter lap pool, jacuzzi (2), gym with state of the art equipment, three outdoor and riverside hot tubs, ski shop, deli, restaurants, lounge and even a kids club!  The Resort features 290 guest rooms that range from hotel and studio units to one to three-bedroom condos. All units exclusive of the hotel rooms feature custom designed gourmet kitchens and fireplaces. All units regardless of size feature the Heavenly® beds designed for the Westin.

I absolutely loved my time here!! I have stayed multiple places around the area over the years and the Westin is by far the best. They went out of their way to accommodate us on short notice and that was just the beginning of how well they treated us. Too many good things to list them all

Nicest hotel I've ever been in. The pool and hot tubs (3) are amazing. House keeping staff really get after it every day to keep the rooms extra clean. Excellent patios, terraces, lounges, super friendly and helpful staff.

Ski in, ski out. Luxurious hotel. Ski valet on site. Heated pool and tub. Professional and very friendly staff are its best quality. Restaurant staff made us laugh and served the food hot and drinks cold. There’s something in the air. I smelled like white tea when I left the hotel. I would come back.

Terrible. Asked concierge a simple question and followed up and she muttered "what a piece of $hit" under her breath. Unacceptable

I have stayed here many many times (over 20) and have recently had the worst experience with their customer service, that I will never return. I am posting as to help others to avoid this experience. We booked our night away (as parents of a busy toddler) via hotels.com. I now realize never to book through a third party app, but this is not the point. Our toddler became ill with a big cough and cold. I called several days prior to the reservation and was told to contact hotels.com for a change, but if they hassled me in any way, to call the Westin directly and the room we rented is typically available, so they would help us to rebook. I called on Saturday, the day of the reservation, to alert them that she was too sick. I had to leave a voicemail. I called again on Monday and was replied to by an email, stating that they took our $400 for the night and would not give us a credit towards a room in the future because it would be lost revenue for them. They got paid for a night we were unable to come, but in their giant hotel that makes millions, they can't spare to help us. They have officially lost our business. We will now pay the small amount of difference for the upgraded experience at the Ritz- Carlton up the road, and I highly suggest you do to. Also, The Maya restaurant is terribly overpriced and not very good.
