Since 1975 Sports America has coordinated group ski travel for our clients. We have experience assisting groups from 10 guests to 1,610 (our single largest trip). Each year we coordinate 80+ groups, including 8-10 exceeding 100 participants, 3 to 4 exceeding 250 guest and one to two with 500+ skiers and snowboarders!

Group Air Travel to Aspen

Parties of ten or more enjoy the benefit of group airfare. Airport options into Aspen are numerous, including Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) - 3 miles from Aspen, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) - 70 miles from the resort, and Denver International Airport (DIA) - 220 miles from Aspen (about 5.5 hours).

Sports America maintains special 'bulk' airfare contracts, as well as the entire range of standard retail fares, to ensure the lowest pricing for your group.

Ground Transportation

From Aspen's airport, the most common means of transportation is via property shuttle (many are complimentary) or via taxi/limousine.

Guest's flying into Eagle airport can utilize frequent shuttle service (~$86 round-trip), or for parties of 25+ arriving at the same time, a more cost-effective charter bus can be arranged.

Group Lift Tickets for Aspen

Substantial savings are available to groups purchasing twenty or more lift passes with the same start date. Smaller parties of 10 or more will see more modest savings. Lift tickets are a standard component of our group packages.

Group Lodging at Aspen

Lodging ranges from moderate to expensive with regard to price. On the shoulder seasons (open through mid-December and April to close) there can be heavily discounted group options available. Your Sports America representative can help you find the ideal lodging for your group's budget.

Activities for Groups at Aspen

Groups enjoy the benefit of Aspen's Mountain Advantage Card, good for discounts at resort owned shopping and dining.

Non-skiing events, such as sleigh rides, snowmobiling, cat-skiing, etc. can be coordinated for your group by your Sports America representative.
