Northstar Group Airfare

Visitors can fly into Tahoe from either Reno International Airport or Sacramento International Airport. Reno-Tahoe International Airport offers over 140 daily fights to and from and 15 non-stop destinations. From Reno International Airport to Tahoe is a 50 mile trip through the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range. From Sacramento Airport to Tahoe is 112 miles with lots of daily flights.

Northstar Group Ground Transportation

Guest can arrive into Tahoe from Reno with only a 42 minute drive or from the west on interstate 80 coming from Sacramento would take 1 hour and 52 minutes. Once groups are in Tahoe they can use the public night Rider Transit, Truckee Dial-A-Ride, or North Lake Tahoe Express to venture their way through North Shore Tahoe.

The Northstar base village is booming with life and features many shops, a variety of restaurants, an outdoor skating rink, and special events happening throughout the winter season. Head to Baxter’s Bistro when the day is done for the best in après ski, here you will find live music, fire pits, and full indoor and outdoor bars.

The slope side Village at Squaw boasts a variety of dining, shopping, year round events and entertainment. Be sure to check out the mid-mountain village complete with a pool, ice rink, and of course great après ski!
