Pricing can be done in several ways. We can pull back comps received by providers to reduce the trip price or we can offer complimentary trips so help your organization incentivize trip leader volunteers. Please let us know if you have a preferred comp policy.

Are you considering multiple resorts or have multiple trips?

If you are planning one trip but considering multiple resorts for that trip, you only need to go through this process once. On step 2 you can select multiple resorts for consideration.

If you are planning more than one trip, for example one trip in January and one in March, please complete this form once for each set of dates. You can select multiple resorts for each set of dates. Once you complete this form for you first trip, additional trips can be entered starting on step 2.
